In 2002,our company received a sample of french silicone baking mat of size 30cm×40cm which sent to us by an Italian customer.We understood patent protection of this mat has expired,so after more than one year's cooperation with six factories, we finally formed the first batch production of silicone baking mat in China. In China, there are many factories copying our mats because of our leading production process.Over the past 20 years, we have printed labels and produced silicone baking mats for dozens of foreign companies.In 2022, our company's products were recognized as being of the highest quality.

Our production processes are as follows:

• Base material: Adopting 300g/㎡ E-glass plain fiberglass mesh with 14 mesh and roll of 1.3m×300m .Strictly requesting the warp and weft roving to be horizontal and vertical.

• Adopting height of 25m silicone gluing machine with segmented temperature control, we produce white and brown silicone coated fiberglass mesh. Bcz of high-precision, its finished mat and gram weight can meet standards.

• Using platinum liquid silicone without solvent oil process,we ensure our mat to pass LFGB, FDA certification;

• The drum-typed vulcanizing machine is used to process the silicone base mesh under 20kpa and 160 ℃ high temperature , so that the fibreglass mesh with appearance as smooth as a mirror and increased good denseness, toughness and tear strength.

• By laser cutting, each piece has flat cut edges and precise dimensions. We can process into  round, rectangular, 45 ° and round cutting corner.

• Edge covering. We use food-grade mineral colour paste of silicone to have width of 10mm~25mm edge covering as per request. By means of Semi-mechanized edge covering and two times special oven drying,it makes edge oxidation-free and bubbles-free with good colour fastness.Besides, We can also do edges covering by printing .

• Our company can print marks or patterns with the customer's authorization.Usually Screen printing can print single color.If needs two or three colors ,the additional costs will be charged . It should be stressed that the printed marks and patterns must be oven drying.

• The factory proceeds vulcanization on the finished products at a high temperature of 250°C for 3-4h for the second time in order to ensure that products can pass the LFGB certification.

•  Packing can be done as per customer requirements, like bare or single piece into plastic wrapping. We can also supply package in cylindrical heat-shrink film or rectangular printed box .In addition,special packaging needs to be discussed.

Normal size:

• round baking mat from 6 "~ 8" ~ 10 "~ 12" ~ 14"

• Silicone baking mat 300 × 400mm /pc, 400 × 600mm / pc. 

Note: The baking mat size is reference to pan size with tolerance of ± 10 ~ 15mm . We can also produce big size .Additionally,we can produce FDA passed baking mat in pieces or rolls in 1.3m x 100m for same industries.This behavior can develop both sides strengths. We handle with basic production (e.g.300×400mm bare sheet about 12,000 pieces/pallet) for delivery .

Conclusion:

The characteristics of our silicone baking mats:

• Use platinum catalyst liquid silicone

• No adding of solvent oil

• Processed by the 20Kpa pressure and 160 ℃ drum-typed vulcanizing machine and after 3 ~ 4h, 250 ℃ second vulcanization in order to pass FDA certification.

• Good appearance and finish, high toughness and tear strength, long service life

• Own NSF certification.
