Product Description

The basalt needled mat is made 8cm of basalt untwisted yarn and then is mechanically opened and needled. It is an excellent product for air filtration and thermal insulation. The product density is 50~200kg/m3, the thickness is 3mm~25mm. The finished product is acid and alkali resistant, and can be used in 800℃ environment for a long time. We once exported 160kg/m3, thickness 6mm x 1m x 30m/ roll. In the Chinese industry, our basalt needle felt is more dense and smooth. Special needs can be negotiated processing
