High silica mesh with phenolic resin coating

It is weaved of high silica roving with SiO2 >/=96% in leno way, then sintered of high temperature coated with phenolic resin. This kind of product is used to filter impurities when casting iron. According to customer's requirement, the finished product can be supplied with flat or pressure .

Area weight: 170g/m2~180g/m2

mesh size: 1.5mm(8mesh), 2mm(7mesh), 2.5mm(6mesh)

Temperature resistance: 1450ºC
