PE Slice has excellent properties of mechanical strength and vibration resistance, which means it can effectively prevent the plate active substances from falling off, and prolong the service life of the battery. It is adapted for high vibration transportation tool, tractor, engineering machinery and dynamic batteries. The product can be supplied in rolls and slices as the following 8 types of ribs configuration. We can also provide the Composite PE separator with 0.3~0.8mm thick AGM glass mat.

8 types of different ribs configuration on two sides of PE slice are as follows:

1. smooth surface + mini rib;

2. straight rib + mini rib;

3. twill rib + mini rib;

4. straight rib + twill rib;

5. smooth surface + twill rib;

6. mini rib on both sides;

7. smooth surface + straight rib;

8.mini rib + wavy rib

The PE slice can be supplied with width of 100~200mm, height 132~370mm, base thickness 0.2~0.35mm, thickness with rib 0.7~1.5mm.

Special rib style and thickness of it can be customized according to customers' requirements.
